Class Schedule

We apologize, but due to insurance regulations our insurance does not cover children 12 and under that participate in the workouts.  We DO however have a Kids' Room that you may sign your child into that has a window that can be seen from the inside of the gym. Please be aware WE DO NOT PROVIDE CHILDCARE and are not liable in the event your child gets injured.  Thanks!
