100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Body Weight Squats
1 Mile Run

RX - With 20 lb vest
RX+ Anything  above and/or beyond RX'd

Partition the Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Body Weight Squats as needed.  Start and finish with a mile run  

To scale drop the distances and/or the reps -OR- share the work with a team of 2 or more.
